A Lesson in Adapting

When the COVID-19 lock down hit, our service model went out the window. No longer could we do what we most enjoyed, having in person conversations with our clients and friends.

It took only a day for us to regroup and create a strategy to reach every client by phone or via Zoom. We wanted to know that they were okay. We wanted to answer any questions or concerns brought on by the pandemic and the ensuing lock down.

What we discovered was that remote meetings work well with almost anyone. Technology is a wonderful thing! People appreciated the chance to communicate face-to-face without leaving their homes. We made it comfortable for them.
